Your order of fresh Dorset Venison
When we receive your venison order, one of our professional butchers will prepare your cuts. Your venison remains in our chiller until the last possible moment before our local courier company collects for overnight shipping.
Our venison products are shipped in premium grade recyclable cardboard boxes with insulated linings. We carefully pack your order with enough cool blocks to ensure the correct temperature for up to 48 hours. Please read our shipping notes below.
Important information about shipping
When you place your order, it is important that you will be home to receive your delivery. We will email you with the delivery day. If you need to change the delivery day, please let us know as soon as possible.
We will email you a tracking number on the evening of dispatch.
If our courier is unable to deliver, your parcel will be returned to your local depot for you to collect or rearrange delivery.
Please note that we guarantee that your order will arrive with 24 hours below 5 degrees celsius, provided that you are home to receive your order.
We pack additional cool blocks to increase the chill time and this has been tested by our supplier successfully up to 48 hours, but this is not guaranteed.
If for whatever reason your delivery arrives after 18:00 on the planned date, you must exercise judgement and contact us immediately if you are concerned that your venison has risen above 5 degrees.
